As the first day of school approaches and we look forward to starting the school year we continue our steadfast commitment to several green initiatives. Once again, the take-home packet of student information will be online (firstday.ojrsd.com).

Beginning AUGUST 20, 2012, Skyward’s online registration and update of student information will be active. Online registration will allow you to verify the information we currently have for your children (emergency contacts, medical and home information, allergies, potassium iodide pill consent, etc.) and give you the opportunity to update that information. STEP 1: The most important student form is the Emergency Contact and Medical Information form. This information should be updated online using Skyward Family Access. Please login as soon as possible to update your username and password as necessary and the system will take you step-by-step through the process. This process will remain open through the end of September. STEP 2: All other informational forms and notices will be posted on the first page of your child’s school website at the following link http://firstday.ojrsd.com. Parents should review all of the documents and notices, and submit the Parent Acknowledgment form. The Acknowledgement form lists all of the informational documents requiring parent review and acknowledgment. A copy of this form should be printed out and completed for each of your children, and returned to their homeroom teacher during the first week of school. Every child is required to return this form. |
